Clifford Correia is chef and owner of Café Billi Bi – with a creative approach to food that fuses classical techniques with innovative ideas, right through to the presentation of the food. Clifford has 20 years' experience in the restaurant industry and has a number of successful eateries to his credit.

It's about energetic ambiance, international flavour and a twist of the unexpected in a warm, comfortable and light setting. An easy, breezy space that combines an authentic taste experience with excellence in service and attention. More than a restaurant it's a relationship you'll want to be loyal to, time after time.

Our Coffee is fast becoming the stuff legends are made of and of course we take our coffee very seriously – and it truly is a totally unique experience.

We use only the Mokador coffee blend which has for over 40 years maintained quality as one of its core values, dating back to its humble beginnings in Faenza, Italy, where founder Dominico Castellari hand roasted small batches of premium coffees for his discerning clientele.

40 years later, this same attention to detail still forms part of any Mokador coffee blend that is experienced. We use only the top quality Arabica and Robusta coffee blends, and to the final careful, artisan-like skill in roasting them, the full flavour of our coffees is always evident in the cup.

Together with the skill of our Barista preparing the perfect espresso or cappuccino, Billi Bi and Mokador presents the highest quality Italian roasted coffee available anywhere.
